MINDFULNESS HAPPY HOUR

Come and enjoy a cocktail or mocktail before you unwind in our Mindfulness Happy Hour with Rachelle Davis. Following a little mingling, we will head to our mats for a luxurious sound bath with a guided meditation followed by some light stretching and movement to help us enter the weekend (and holiday week) with ease and centeredness.
