Find your flow and reconnect with your body in our Mat Pilates class. Guided by mindful movement and breath, we’ll work through a balanced series of exercises that build deep core strength, improve posture, and create space and ease in your body.
Using light weights, a small stability ball, therabands, and a pilates ring, each class blends classic Pilates principles with a touch of creative flow to challenge your muscles while calming your mind. You’ll leave feeling taller, stronger, more aligned, and re-energized, and ready to move through your day with strength and grace.

Turn up the heat and awaken your energy in our Hot Pilates class. This dynamic, full-body workout in a gently heated room (around 85°F) is designed to build strength, endurance, and focus. The warmth helps your muscles engage more easily, enhances circulation, and supports a deep detoxifying sweat.
Set to a fun playlist, and using light weights, therabands, a pilates ring, and your own bodyweight, you’ll move through a powerful Pilates flow that challenges the core, tones the entire body, and improves flexibility all while staying grounded in mindful breath. Expect to leave class feeling very sweaty, strong, balanced, and recharged from the inside out.

Lift, lengthen, and tone in our Barre Fitness class. A graceful, high-energy workout inspired by ballet, Pilates, and strength training, this class focuses on small, precise movements that target your core, glutes, arms, and legs, helping you sculpt and define your body while improving posture, balance, and flexibility.
Using light weights, therabands, pilates balls, and bodyweight exercises at the barre and on the mat, you’ll move through a flowing sequence that challenges your muscles, builds endurance, and keeps your heart pumping. Each class leaves you feeling strong, elongated, and beautifully aligned.
After all of the pulsing, you will leave this class sweaty and intensely worked out, feeling deep connection to your body.

This class blends functional strength training, Pilates-inspired movement, and mindful cardio bursts to create balance, power, and grace from head to toe.
Using light to moderate weights, resistance bands, balls, and bodyweight exercises, you’ll move through energizing sequences that target every major muscle group while keeping focus on form and breath. Expect to sweat, smile, and feel your strength unfold.
