Using a theraband, pilates ring, and a small ball, you’ll build core strength, improve posture, and learn to move with ease. Jenni will guide you through a supportive, grounding flow that leaves you feeling centered and recharged. Bring a mat, your favorite water bottle, and an open mind and we will see you Tuesday!
